Terms and Conditions – www39 Platform Rules and Guidelines

By registering an account on www39 and using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. www39 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are conducted in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. • All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded are void unless live in-play betting was explicitly offered for that market.
• www39 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, incorrect odds or a manifest error in the event details.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. If the event status changes during this delay, the bet may be voided.
• PSL and international cricket bets are settled based on the official match result. Abandoned or no-result matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules shown at the time of betting.
• Accumulator bets are settled by multiplying the odds of all selected legs. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.

www39 monitors betting activity for unusual patterns and reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict access to certain markets for accounts displaying irregular betting behaviour. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account and are displayed in the relevant betting section.

The www39 casino section includes live dealer games, slots, fish games, table games, crash titles and arcade games. All games are provided by third-party software providers and operate according to the rules of each individual game. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot or table game is displayed within the game interface or its information section.

• Live casino game results — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar and Teen Patti — are determined by the live dealer and are final.
• Slot and RNG game results are determined by certified random number generators.
