www39 is an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for the Pakistani market. We cover cricket, PSL, live casino, slots, fish games, esports and more — all in PKR, with deposits and withdrawals supported through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. This page explains who we are, how the platform came together, and what we are trying to deliver for players across Pakistan.
www39 started from a straightforward observation: Pakistani players who enjoy sports betting, live casino and online gaming were being underserved by international platforms that had not been designed with them in mind. Currency conversion was a constant friction point — depositing in PKR, watching your balance show in a foreign currency, then waiting for withdrawals to come back at an unfavourable rate. Payment options were limited to international cards that many Pakistani users do not hold. The cricket coverage was thin. PSL was an afterthought if it was covered at all. Live casino games were available but the local favourites — Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger — were rarely prominent.
The decision to build www39 was made to address all of those things together rather than fixing them one by one on a platform that was fundamentally designed for a different audience. The platform was built PKR-first from day one, which means every stake, every payout, every balance display is in Pakistani Rupees. Payment integration with JazzCash and Easypaisa was prioritised because these are the payment methods that actually work for the majority of Pakistani users — not as an add-on after the fact, but as a core part of how the deposit and withdrawal system works.
Cricket coverage at www39 is comprehensive in a way that reflects how Pakistani fans actually follow the sport. Pakistan international matches — whether Test, ODI or T20I — are covered with full pre-match and live in-play betting markets. PSL has complete season coverage with all six franchises, group stage through to the final. The Lahore Qalandars vs Karachi Kings rivalry, the Islamabad United vs Peshawar Zalmi fixtures, the Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators — all covered with proper depth across dozens of markets per match. International tournaments including the ICC Cricket World Cup, T20 World Cup and Asia Cup receive the same attention.
The casino section of www39 was developed with the understanding that Pakistani players have a strong preference for live dealer games. Real dealers, real cards and real roulette wheels create an experience that feels more authentic than random number generator simulations. The live casino at www39 runs baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar and Teen Patti around the clock. Baccarat in particular has become the most played game on the platform among Pakistani users — multiple table variants run simultaneously, from standard tables to speed format and VIP options for higher PKR stakes.
Fish games occupy a section of the www39 platform that receives consistently high engagement. The arcade-style shooting format — where you control a weapon cannon and earn credits by targeting fish and sea creatures — is a different kind of game experience from slots or table games. There is a skill and strategy element to it that many players find more engaging than purely luck-based formats. The fish game section on www39 has grown steadily since launch, with new titles added regularly and a dedicated player community that exchanges tips on optimal weapon selection and targeting strategies.
Responsible gaming has been part of the www39 design from the beginning, not added in response to pressure. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above, without exception. We encourage all players to set clear PKR session budgets before playing, to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a financial strategy, and to reach out if they feel their activity is becoming difficult to manage. The support team is available 24/7 and can assist with deposit limits and other self-management tools. More detailed guidance is available in the Responsible Gaming section of this site.
Looking ahead, www39 continues to expand the game catalogue, improve the deposit and withdrawal experience, and add new sports markets based on what Pakistani players are asking for. The platform runs on the feedback of its user base — when players tell us what is missing, what could work better or what new games they want to see, that input directly influences what we prioritise. The goal is to be the platform that Pakistani players actually want to use rather than the one they settle for because there is nothing better.

Pakistan's national sport gets the attention it deserves at www39. Full coverage of international cricket across all formats, complete PSL season betting with all six franchises, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — with live in-play markets updating over by over during matches.
Every bet, every payout and every account balance at www39 is in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit instantly. Withdrawals go back to your wallet or bank account in PKR without any hidden exchange rate taking a cut from your winnings.
Professional dealers run baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger live via HD video stream, 24 hours a day. No animations, no RNG simulations — actual games being dealt in real time, with full chat interaction and multiple stake levels.
Slots, fish games, crash titles, arcade games, casino poker and table games all sit inside a single unified lobby on www39. One PKR balance works across everything — no internal wallet transfers, no separate accounts for different game types.
The entire www39 platform is accessible from your mobile browser without downloading an app. Live casino streams, slots, fish games and sports betting all load and function properly on standard Android and iOS smartphones — the way most Pakistani players prefer to access online platforms.
www39 is for adults 18 and above only. The platform includes session spending controls, deposit limit options and self-exclusion tools for players who need them. Support is available 24/7. Gaming should be entertainment — we want every player to feel in control of how they use the platform.
These are the practical commitments that guide how we run the platform and how we treat players.
Everything at www39 is designed around what Pakistani players actually want — cricket coverage, PKR payments, local payment channels and games that resonate with the local audience. International players are welcome but we are not trying to be a generic global platform.
Every game at www39 has a house edge. We do not hide that. RTP information is displayed for slots and table games. Odds on sports betting reflect a margin. Players should understand how games work before they play — that knowledge is genuinely useful.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa credit within minutes. Withdrawals are processed promptly back to your chosen payment method. The platform does not create unnecessary delays between earning and receiving your PKR winnings.
A 24/7 support team is available for any issue — game queries, account questions, deposit delays or technical problems. When players reach out, they get a real response, not an automated reply that leads nowhere. The support team is part of what makes www39 usable for regular players.
The www39 platform is not static. New games are added regularly. Payment options have expanded since launch. Sports market depth grows each season. Player feedback actively shapes what gets prioritised in development. The platform you use today is better than the one that launched, and it will continue to improve.
www39 is a platform for entertainment. Every game and every betting market on the platform involves financial risk — there is no guaranteed way to profit consistently from casino games or sports betting. Anyone using this platform should do so with a clear budget in mind, treating their gaming session spending the same way they would treat any other discretionary leisure expense.
This platform is for adults aged 18 and above only. If your gaming activity starts to feel like an obligation rather than a choice, or if sessions are running longer or costing more than you planned, please use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or contact our support team directly. More detailed guidance is on the Responsible Gaming page.
